Love the costumer service. Prices are very reasonable. They always try to go above and beyond even with last minute orders. Much better than other shops I been too that around the area.

I got my child’s denim jacket done by Mike. The jacket smells of smoke so bad it made me nauseous. I aired it out over night and it is still nauseating today. When I called to ask when I could wash it, Mike pretty much accused me of lying saying it couldn’t have smelled like Black N’ Milds (I never identified the source of the smoke just that it reeked of smoke!) Mike talked over me, and claimed to be a different “Whole animal” saying he can tell where I come from. The crazy thing is I wasn’t calling to criticize his subpar artwork but the suggestion on how soon I could put the jacket in my washer without ruining the artwork. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone! The customer service is horrible, the art is mediocre, and garments leave with a stench of smoke SO bad it’s nauseating! Rather than having my husband go there and have Mike explain to him (face to face/man to man) why he was so disrespectful and unprofessional I wrote this review. I conduct myself in a professional way when doing business and I am a business owner. Customers have a choice where they spend their hard earned money and unfortunately a lot of minority businesses do not get that. The owner himself was pretty professional and customer service oriented...unfortunately his employee is not and he is who continued to answer the phone and continued to make a bad situation worst. Five parents where waiting on results of her jacket so they can order for their children. That won’t happen now, I would never risk my reputation on the strength of this business. Thank God I purchased two jackets, as I have to get it redone. I steamed the jacket, put baking soda on it, hung it outside to air out, and nothing worked. If Mike is okay with destroying his health that’s fine with me, the toxins should have never been on my child’s brand new garment. Either cost of the jacket and artwork, I didn’t pay 160 to vomit or have my child walk around like she was in addicts smoke session!

Edit: I wish this was fake but unfortunately unprofessionalism seems to run through your store. You call this a fake post but 90% of your \5 star reviews\ on Facebook are by yourself and/or family members of the owner. It's pretty obvious when they all have the same last name. Try not to be so obvious next time. Original post: not sure who runs this place the way its run, but I felt off about it from the beginning. First I had someone tell me this store sold \designer clothes\, so naturally being interested I checked out it. Apparently they just tell young kids that the Gucci Belts and Designer Jeans they sell are eal\ so they can take their money. But they are clearly knock offs and low quality. That was the first red flag. Second, the owner seemed very unprofessional, like he had never run a business before, or atleast not a successful one. I was shocked hearing some of the vulgar things that came out of his mouth, especially with half the store being designed for kids (which it fails at). Not to mention the entire store will smell like smoke and/or alcohol if you show up late enough. No one seems coordinated enough to run the business. As for the actual product given, I would only recommend this place if you like airbrushing. The artist in this store is very good and skilled in many things, but thats the only thing I would spend money on. The sublimation is underwhelming (except when accented with airbrushing). Overall, I'd rather go to Da Shop on Fed. Less hassle. Edit: I wish this was fake but unfortunately unprofessionalism seems to run through your store.
